GENERAL TRAINING AND AWARENESS
|
A key part to the implementation of any new system within an
organisation is the employees who use the system. Ensuring that the employees
understand why the system is required is as important as actually knowing what
to do and when to do it. Awareness training is a vital part of the process in implementing systems, not drumming into employees who, why when etc, but getting there full co-operation and understanding. Presentations with actual practical demonstrations is far more effective and can bring out a surprising involvement from areas that where not expected. |
